He was an Imagineer, animator, and a sculptor.Among his many contribution , quoting from the Disney Archives, "  Blaine created hundreds of sculptures from which Audio-Animatronics® figures were produced—including figures for Haunted Mansion, It’s a Small World, Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, and Pirates of the Caribbean. As he once explained, “My goal in sculpting is to render the uniqueness of an individual.”
