This is a 3" round metallic copper-colored ornament that has been handpainted with the the bars of a jail cell and the words, "GO HOME  OTIS you're sober.  This was referring to Otis, the town drunk, played by Hal Smith onThe Andy Griffith Show. The ornament is signed on the back by Margaret Kerry who played Bess Muggins and Helen Scobey in a few episodes on the show. She signed her name and wrote her two character names undeneath. Then further down on the ornament, Margaret also wrote in quotes, "Tinker Bell."
