This is a darling, new,  5 6/8" Halloween witch skeleton girl holding a ghoul cat balloon. We are not sure if it is made of plaster or resin but it is sturdy. The girl has on a witch's hat. Her face is smiling and she is really cute! She would make a great desk or table display.
